01Introduction

This page describes the Future Holdings SMS messaging program (the “Future Holdings SMS” program): the consent language shown on our application form, the full terms of the program, how to opt out at any time, and the record we keep of your opt-in. It is the SMS consent disclosure referenced from our application form and elsewhere on our website.

Future Holdings sends text messages only to business owners who have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our online application form at https://futureholdingsgroup.net/apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of receiving financing or services, and your application will not be denied based on whether you opt in to SMS.

This disclosure supplements, and should be read together with, the “Text Messages, Phone Calls & Consent” section of our Privacy Policy, the “SMS Messaging Program” section of our Terms of Service, and our Disclosures.

02On-Form Consent Language

The following is the exact consent language shown next to the SMS consent checkbox on our online application form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is a separate checkbox — it is not bundled with your general agreement to our Terms of Service — so opting in to text messages is always an affirmative, standalone choice.

03SMS Messaging Program

The full terms of the Future Holdings SMS messaging program are set out below. These terms mirror the “SMS Messaging Program” section of our Terms of Service.

Program name and sender identity

Future Holdings offers an SMS messaging program (Future Holdings SMS) exclusively to business owners who have explicitly opted in by submitting our online application form and checking the SMS consent checkbox. All messages sent under this program are identified as being from Future Holdings.

Program purpose and message types

Future Holdings sends SMS messages related to your loan inquiry and application, including follow-up on submitted financing inquiries, application status updates, document/signing reminders, scheduling, direct one-to-one conversations with the team handling your file, and marketing and promotional messages about available business financing.

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the stage of your application.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. SMS messages sent by Future Holdings are free; carrier message and data rates set by your mobile provider may apply.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that program will be sent.

Supported carriers

Supported on all major US carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carrier support is not a guarantee of message delivery.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the authorized account holder of the mobile number you enroll.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Future Holdings as described above. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of receiving financing or services, and your application will not be denied based on whether you opt in to SMS.

Privacy / Third-Party Sharing

Mobile information and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. 04Opt-In Proof

Our live application form is the opt-in proof: the SMS consent area is publicly viewable on the form itself, showing exactly how consent is captured. It always reflects the current form — there is nothing to keep in sync.

Opt-in proof: the SMS consent checkbox and its verbatim consent language are shown live on our application form.

To satisfy carrier and 10DLC registration requirements, the opt-in form clearly and visibly shows all of the following:

  • Visible consent checkbox — an actual checkbox control tied to the SMS consent (not implied, and not just a plain “Submit” button).
  • Unchecked by default — the checkbox appears empty in the screenshot, so the user must affirmatively check it to opt in.
  • The exact consent sentence — the verbatim opt-in language shown in the “On-Form Consent Language” section above, legible in the image.
  • Brand name — “Future Holdings” appears in the consent language, identifying who is sending the messages.
  • What data is collected — the form fields that collect the mobile phone number (and name/business), showing that the mobile number is captured on this form.
  • STOP / HELP — “Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help” is visible.
  • “Consent is not a condition of purchase” — visible in the consent line.
  • “Msg & data rates may apply” and “Message frequency varies” — both visible in the consent line.
  • Links to Privacy Policy & Terms — shown directly below the checkbox and reachable at https://futureholdingsgroup.net/privacy and https://futureholdingsgroup.net/terms.

Consent of record. The application form itself contains the consent checkbox so that consent travels with each submission for audit. For every opt-in, we capture and store the phone number, the opt-in timestamp, the exact consent language shown, and (where available) the IP address and user-agent, as our messaging audit trail. This matches the audit-trail record described in the “Text Messages, Phone Calls & Consent” section of our Privacy Policy.
